At Be The Light candle studio, orders are processed promptly within 24 hours of confirmation from the customer, with exceptions on public holidays and Sundays where processing occurs the next working day. In cases of incorrect address, orders will be held until our team verifies the information using the provided contact details. To prevent order cancellation, please ensure that your contact information, including email and phone number, is accurate and complete.

Our products are securely packed using sustainable materials, resulting in a breakage rate of just 0.001%

Return & Exchange Policy:

At Be The Light candle studio, we aim to deliver exceptional products to you. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or does not meet the described functionality, we are dedicated to promptly addressing and resolving the matter.

You have 7 days from receiving the goods to request an exchange. To exercise your exchange right, inform us within this period, contacting us on our Instagram or email us at bethelight.shopping@gmail.com. Once we receive the returned goods, we will process the exchange within 7 days using the same payment method without any additional fees.

Note: In order for the goods to be eligible for exchange the goods must be in the original packaging and unused.

The company currently does not have a refund policy.
