To get the best experience from your candle while ensuring safety, please follow these simple care tips:

• Remove packaging material before lighting your candle.
• Place your candle away from fans, windows, or any moving air to avoid uneven burning.
• For an even melt, allow the wax to pool to the edges of the container before extinguishing.
• Use the lid to safely snuff out the flame, and remove it after one minute to let the candle cool.
• Before each use, trim the wick to approximately 0.5 cm to prevent soot and ensure a steady flame.
• Discontinue use when about 1/4 inch (0.6 cm) of wax remains to prevent overheating the container.

At Be The Light Candle Studio, we take great care in crafting and delivering each product with love. If your candle arrives damaged or doesn't match its description, we’re here to make it right. Once we receive the returned item in its original packaging and unused condition, your exchange will be processed within 7 working days, using the same payment method—no additional charges applied.
